Silicon tooling/Vacuum casting is used for producing 10-50 pieces of a single part. This method is one of the quickest and most cost-effective for replicating your prototype master. You may select from a range of urethane materials with properties that simulate the thermoplastic materials often used in production. This process produces small and large parts with excellent part detail.
