This is a 25.5" wide ARMY sign with a pass-through to add a LED light strip. The sign is printed in multiple pieces and designed to appear as it was one piece.
...Show more There is an interconnected channel running through all the letters to add a LED light strip. The front inserts print side walls separately from the lower inserts to allow the best finish and avoid damage while assembling.
The ARMY word is not a protected Military insignia however my design is protected so please don't sell prints. I am a prior service soldier and originally created this out of thoughts of pride not profit however if there is enough interest in this design, I can expand to other branches.
Printing Notes.
All models will fit on the most popular FDM printers of 230mm or larger. Infill of 20% or more with minimal support required. Recommend testing prior to attempting ironing top surfaces. Letters will interlock with a small amount of clearance, if you have trouble with assembly, applying a little heat on parts may help save you from needing to reprint parts.
