This is a connector housing that I made for "Hacking" the IKEA Trådfri LED Drivers to accept any 24V LED with the proper power rating.
First I tried
...Show moreusing a regular 2.54mm pitch JST-isch connector but realized that One day I would fry my precious LED strip due to carelessness, unless I found the proper connector.
Instead of searching, I did some CAD-work, the result is what you see.
The connector housing is meant to accept the kind of sockets that you get in the red type of connectors that are common for RC-hobby (see images)
I first tried a version with a latch, but it didn´t work that well in PLA, so I decided to skip the latch and trust friction, which seem to work.
Printed using a 0.2mm Nozzle with 0.1mm layer height on an Ender 3 Pro modified for direct extrusion using stock parts.
Sliced using Prusaslicer with _almost_ stock settings for Prusa MK3s 0.25mm Nozzle.
