I don't feel like doing all the calculations to give you exact preload figures, but if you want to do that leave it in the comments. 6mm - 10mm thick versions included, 9mm is flush with the inner spring/damper retainer.
The top side of the arms have a 1.5mm taper so it slides in easier, keep that in mind for your print orientation.
