This is a sealed boltbase or boltcup for the nerf longshot. These somewhat precise parts may or may not work based on your printer's tolerances, accuracy, etc
...Show more etc.
All versions accept 19/32" brass for the insert, which slides directly over the 9/16" in a standard sleeper breech. They also can use grub screws to swap out boltbases and do maintenance on the tube - just drill through the hole on the part.
The "OPEN" files are for lipless plunger tubes – I've only tested these with modified stock plunger tubes but theoretically should work with Alpha Kit tubes too. They also use 2 o-rings instead of one for better seal.
The "CLOSED" files are for tubes with lips - e.g. stock, artifact, OMW. I have not tested this with the new Worker tube but imagine that it should work just fine. They also can use the small-ring on a stock boltbase for sealing too.
The "stock/artifact" designations are for stock LS and artifact o-rings. I have not tested these with Worker/OMW o-rings.
The "hardware" designation are for Danco Company o-rings I found at a local hardware store. They have a 1-3/8 X 1 - 3/16 X 3/32 #45 o-ring with STK NO 35759B. It has a 35mm OD which is all you need to know.
I also made a compatible boltbase for 1.375" ploycarbonate +bow plungertube material - DV tests wanted it for his LS that I'm making him.
May or may not be doing a NH writeup on this in the future. If you know what you're doing, you know what you're doing.
