...Show more standard hole cutting saw, print this out, and snap it in place.
The sleeve seats firmly into the 2" hole, and the cover snaps securely in place and can be rotated after assembly.
If anybody wants additional sizes let me know, because now that the model is all set up I can bang out alternate diameters no problem.
