Model Description
The doorbell cover that came with the house was old, ugly, cracked and probably from the 80's. I designed this drop-in replacement in two parts: a face plate...Show more and the main body.

The face plate simply slides into the back of the body and I used some CA glue to keep it together.

I chose to print mine in colorFabb woodfill since it sands relatively well, had the right texture and tone I wanted for the body and it can take stains reasonably well for a reasonable faux-wood finish. I used some maple gel stain to darken up the face place prior to installing it into the body.

The print settings aren't super important. Both pieces print without supports and can be printed very easily.
