The Horus X12S has a big beautiful display top and center of the transmitter.
Unfortunately, this partially blocks some of the internal antenna's signal...
...Show more so you add an external antenna (diversity) to help. Well, the external antenna can also be blocked by the big beautiful display!
Here's where the OD X12S antenna extension comes in - it's non-destructive and simply slides onto the big beautiful display and snaps into place utilizing the existing screw wells on the back. With this installed, you'll get better RSSI because your antenna's signal is no longer blocked by the big beautiful display... and best yet, you need no tools, installation is a snap!
- You'll need an RP-SMA Male to RP-SMA Female Antenna Adapter to complete this mod.
- You'll want to wrap the front grips with 1-2 layers of electrical tape to prevent scratching the front of the big beautiful display (this is supposed to be a non-destructive mod). Red looks pretty nice on mine.
