You need:
4 x GX16 conectors
7 x 3.5 mm panel jacks
1 x 16mm push button for reset
1 x 35mm fan
4 x M4 screw for the fan
I also used 4 M3 brass inserts to screw the board.
The top is screwless and work by press fit.
Print settings:
all at 20% infill, 0.2 layer height, no supports
