This is a mount plate for a Ring Pro doorbell that I remixed from one for the original Ring. I wanted the Ring Pro to mount straight vertically (to get the best
...Show more angle with its camera) and also wanted it to be supported at the bottom. This one fits the smaller Ring Pro size, has a hole placed to fit the new wiring location, added holes for the screws to mount through, and also was fit to the size of my siding.
You will need longer screws for this. I went to Ace and grabbed long finishing screws. They were slightly too big for the Ring Pro hole, but they fit with a little extra force. (YMMV and take care.)
