This was at first just an exercise to learn FreeCAD design using formulas and parameters to design objects and turned out to be more. The basic shape and

Since I already had designed the blades based on this, why not actually test it in the real world? So here it is, it uses a NEMA 11 stepper motor as generator. There are two 6000Z bearings and a aluminium tube with 10mm diameter.
The timing belt I used is a T2.5-177.5 width 6mm like [this](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10pcs-T2-5-Timing-belt-T2-5X177-5X6-Teeth-71-Width-6mm-length-177-5mm-Pitch/32281121538.html?ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_1_10320_10152_10321_10151_10065_10344_10068_10342_10547_10343_10322_10340_10548_10341_10193_10194_10084_10083_10304_10307_10302_10180_10059_10314_10184_10534_100031_10319_10604_10103_10186_10142,searchweb201603_25,ppcSwitch_5&algo_expid=fa248f63-f822-41e1-a0f1-86f7386213e6-0&algo_pvid=fa248f63-f822-41e1-a0f1-86f7386213e6&priceBeautifyAB=0)
I tested it and it runs pretty well without a load on the generator, I still have to test it with a charger connected. I think scaling it up to twice the size would work really well with the NEMA 11 stepper generator, but I would have to print the blades in parts and then assembly them.
