Multiple models were printed for testing and the printer was generous to send the prototypes. The model was well packaged and communication was good throughout the entire transaction.

It took a little bit to get turned around, but was still quicker than the quoted time when i ordered. Seller was great at keeping me aware of status; he originally ran out of material but kept me up to date every step of the way. The finished parts were really nice; exactly what I was hoping for. Great service! They gave suggestions for some different types of plastic that might be better for the parts I ordered and sent me additional prints in one of those plastics.
