If you want to contact the manufacturer or the customer regarding an existing order you both are working on, you can reach them in the order chat. Depending on if you are the customer or the supplier, it would be located in your Sales or Purchases tabs in your dashboard. To contact a vendor regarding a new project, find their company page on the list and proceed to “Get a Quote”.
