There was a bit of miscommunication on the size I wanted but It was reprinted I’m satisfied with the end result

Decent but not quite as nice as I hoped. I sanded them to smooth out imperfections, now they fit together better. Thanks.

Response: I do apologize! I finally received my powder coated PEI sheet and it leaves a "texture" on the bottom sides of the parts, if that's what your'e referring to. The bonus is increased bed adhesion, especially on parts that may warp such as those printed completely solid. One of the colors was made on the smooth PEI and probably didn't require sanding, correct? I'll ask customers before using it.

There was miscommunication when it comes to the minor details of the print, something related to the proper infill, but Walter's World was very open-minded and willing to offer potential alternatives and solutions without much hesitation. They were elaborate in their responses, which I highly appreciate these days, and were very kind in offering their experience and time into helping decide whether the product would work (with different specs). They were overall very professional, and if I had to interact with someone for my prints, I would definitely want it to be them.

Excellent experience. Communications were prompt, I was updated with progress and the final product was just what I had asked for. I would gladly do business with them again.
