Very great customer service. The printer went out of the way to make sure my order was the way i wanted it and was transparent every step of the way on any delays or issues that occurred. Second time using them, and I will continue to do so due to not only the service, but the quality of prints!

I order a rather large batch of miniatures for the first time from this printer. The quality and speed in which they were created was spectacular for such a large amount. More importantly then that, the open lines of communication between me and the printer helped ensure that the final product was perfect. I will be recommending them to my friends and encourage others to give them a try!
