Very happy with this print order! The print quality is simply great, and the supplier answers fast and friendly to messages. I got a requested offer for different infill / shells settings immediately. Also, packaging was professional and protected the part well.

We had to communicate some changes, but everything was sorted out. I ordered prints in ABS but it was to complicated to print so we agreed to do it in PLA. Also one piece had some deviation from support so they agreed to print it again and send it without any additional cost.

Due to my very limited experience in 3D printing I can't make qualified quality evaluations but I was definetly disappointed of the product's overall quality - but be advised that the price was quite low so probably something expectable.

Response: Ich hätte Ihnen gern im Vorwege etwas über 3D Druck erzählen bzw. Aufklärung leisten können. Schade das Sie mir diese Möglichkeit nicht gegeben haben. Ich denke, die Bilder sprechen in Bezug auf die Druckqualität für sich.
